Pure Gelato



Objective:
A multi award-winning product sold through wholesale distribution channels. Pure Gelato wanted to increase sales growth within their existing wholesale market as well as establishing retail trade from their manufacturing base.

Outcome:
A review of Pure Gelato’s existing identity revealed a communication gap for the target retail market. An identity revamp brought out a bright, fun yet professional look to the Pure Gelato image that was integrated throughout all corporate communication and point of sale material. A new website was developed to channel retail traffic through areas of interest. The site also included a password protected zone for the wholesale client to access relevant information. Regular events were scheduled to promote Pure Gelato to the community as well as a series of promotional postcards enticing people to visit the store. All data that collected as a result of events and promotions were then developed into a CRM campaign and loyalty program.
