IPS Worldwide® announced on 19th November that it has appointed Michelle Waters as its new Sr. Vice President Business Development for WorkLife Essentials®.
In her new role, Michelle will be responsible for leading the WorkLife Essentials® team globally and continuing the ongoing business development, positioning and implementation of WorkLife Essentials® for client companies. Michelle will be located in the U.S. |

Michelle comes to IPS Worldwide® with a solid background in management with a particular focus in work/life issues and early childhood education and care. Most recently Michelle was Vice President, Business Development for the corporate child care division KLC, the largest provider of child care in the U.S. Prior to this Michelle worked as a senior manager for Bendigo Bank, a large financial institution in Australia, where she developed a strategic HR policy framework and the company’s Diversity & Employee Wellness Strategy. Prior to that, she held various management and consulting roles for organizations such as Monash University, University of Ballarat, and established two of her own child care centers. Michelle has a Masters of Management, Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education.
Michelle has built a strong reputation as a leader and educator in our industry, and as an expert in work/life. She is one of the founders of the Work/life Association in Victoria and is active on its Executive Team. Previously, Michelle established the Work Life Family Unit at Monash University where she designed and implemented an Award-Winning Strategy. She is also a sought after international conference presenter and accomplished writer/researcher. Michelle will be based in the Los Angeles area of California to have easy access to IPS’ many US based client companies and to further develop business globally.
